Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items must be unopened or in resalable condition. All returns will be subject to inspection by our returns department. If the merchandise is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued. All decisions on merchandise condition are final.
Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced, or if not possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion Keeping In The Loop LLC. or its manufacturers at no charge. Claims for damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt of the merchandise.
